Kriterien für die Bewertung der Interaktion:
These are the standard ones, since not everyone has fancy eye tracking tools at their disposal: - Did they complete their tasks?
- How long did it take?
- How much mouse travel was involved between actions? How many distinct input actions (clicks, mouse movements, moving a hand from mouse to keyboard and back, etc.) did it take, in total?
- How many errors did the user make? Did they have to fix something on a form or go back?
Then some of the more fuzzy ones, because humans aren't computers. Some are sort of quantifiable if you design the survey right. - How confident were they at each step that their input would do what they thought it would? How did they feel when it didn't?
- Does the product *feel* solid, or like it's going to break?
- Would you say the product is professional? Fun? What impression does it give you of the company/people who made it?
- Is there another product that does the same job? Which would you rather use? Why?
